We seek an Email Marketing Manager to join one of our fast-growing businesses, Liven.

Liven is a well-being platform that integrates knowledge of human behavior into users’ daily lives, empowering them to optimize their emotional well-being.

We make behavioral techniques accessible to individuals, enabling them to reduce procrastination and stress, enhance focus and energy levels, and improve their overall well-being.

Liven, launched in early 2023, has rapidly expanded over the past months, growing from a team of 3 to 35 individuals. Backed by solid unit economics and impressive growth, we offer a unique opportunity for talented individuals to join our high-performing team.

At Liven, we defy the conventional notion of linear career paths, encouraging every new team member to drive their initiatives beyond their scope.

You will:

Define email marketing strategy;
— Create campaigns and funnels to drive sales;
— Utilize market research to gain insights into customer needs and pain points;
— Work closely with designers to craft compelling email content;
— Actively utilize A/B testing with a focus on growth;
— Enhance current email flows to boost deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and overall conversion rates;
— Segment customer databases to refine email marketing strategies.

You have:
— Proven experience in email marketing;
— Analytical skills: experience with data, numbers, and metrics;
— Upper-Intermediate English.
