We seek an Product Marketing Manager to join one of our fast-growing businesses, Liven.

Liven is a well-being platform that integrates knowledge of human behavior into users’ daily lives, empowering them to optimize their emotional well-being.

We make behavioral techniques accessible to individuals, enabling them to reduce procrastination and stress, enhance focus and energy levels, and improve their overall well-being.

Liven, launched in early 2023, has rapidly expanded over the past months, growing from a team of 3 to 35 individuals. Backed by solid unit economics and impressive growth, we offer a unique opportunity for talented individuals to join our high-performing team.

At Liven, we defy the conventional notion of linear career paths, encouraging every new team member to drive their initiatives beyond their scope.

You will:
— Lead funnel development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development and analysis;
— Define, test, and refine the core value proposition of marketing funnels based on a deep understanding of customer needs for various traffic channels;
— Implement growth hacking techniques to enhance user acquisition and conversion rates;
— Craft compelling marketing messages and claims to highlight Liven’s benefits;
— Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy;
— Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, design, and product teams to achieve business objectives.

You have:
— Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or in a similar role;
— Strong focus on conversion rate optimization and monetization strategies;
— Proficient in A/B testing, market research, and utilizing analytics data;
— Skilled in analyzing complex data and drawing actionable insights;
— Ability to collaborate efficiently with the engineering team;
— Excellent communication skills with a proactive and ownership-driven approach;
— Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
