Product manager

Hello! We are Leaply — an ecosystem of interconnected digital and physical products designed to help build healthy habits and improve quality of life. We're developing a range of B2C products for global markets, including the US, Tier 1, Europe, and beyond.

This past June, we launched a new product — an app focused on habit-building with a subscription-based monetization model and a performance-first marketing approach through channels like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and TikTok. In just the first two months, we achieved positive unit economics and are on track to grow our revenue tenfold by the end of this year.

Our team is embarking on our third business venture together and has a proven track record of successful exits. We possess unique market insights that significantly enhance our chances of success — this isn't our first time working with this business model, and we've already built products for this audience. Our core values are straightforward communication, quick decision-making, and aggressive, ambitious goals.

To achieve these ambitious goals, we're looking for a driven Product Manager who will:

  1. Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional projects with a focus on key business metrics — Revenue, LTV, Retention
  2. Bring together a full-cycle product solution: Analytics, Design, Development, Testing
  3. Design, conduct, and evaluate product experiments that solve business problems
  4. Develop and take ownership of one or more key product areas: Analytics, App, Payments, Emails, Customer Relations, Growth
  5. Identify and leverage hidden opportunities for product and business growth

What matters to us:

  1. 1+ years of experience in IT product management/analytics or 2+ years in FMCG/Big4 companies
  2. A track record of personal achievements as an individual contributor
  3. Strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw conclusions from it (factor analysis, finding cause-and-effect relationships, prioritization)
  4. Experience in dealing with unknown challenges and the ability to drive projects from start to finish
  5. English at a B2+ level

Bonus points for:

  1. Experience with analytical tools like SQL, Tableau, Python, etc.
  2. Experience managing cross-functional teams
  3. Deep domain expertise in one of the following areas: Analytics, Marketing, Product, Tech
  4. Experience working in a startup/early-stage project or another fast-paced environment
  5. Experience with subscription-based monetization models and performance-first marketing
